Nora joined TVAS Ireland in August 2011 as Publication Editor. Prior to this, and following her PhD, Nora provided independent archaeological and environmental archaeological services within Ireland and England. She has conducted and contributed to policy and guidance reviews on behalf of the NRA, the National Monuments Service and the IUCN (UK). She was Senior Archaeologist on NRA Road Schemes and has undertaken excavations in rural, urban and wetland environments in addition to intensive field survey of peatlands. Her primary research interests include the archaeology of peatlands and environmental reconstruction.
